Everything was great. Called in and made an appointment same day. Was able to see the car soon before closing and they stayed with me after to finish up paperwork. Worked with me kindly and diligently everything was straightforward and honest. Rania was very kind and answered all of our questions regarding vehicle options and history. Lee helped on getting a better rate than I already had and Joel gave me some great options for the vehicle too.
My sales person Marcos was literally a blessing . Dealt with dealers before who were rude he made the experience so wonderful.

I really hate giving bad reviews but I had a nightmare experience with the service department at Mercedes Benz Long Beach today. Took my car in with a dead battery because a light was left on overnight. The service manager Jaysen told me that my alternator failed their diagnostic tests and a new one would cost me over $3500. Besides the outrageous price gouging, that was a red flag as I've never heard of an alternator going bad because of a light being left on. i inquired about a 2023 acura integra for $26k, i was instantly provided with the OTD price. price was too good to pass up so i went to check it out in person the next day. Years ago I had several unpleasant experiences with Long beach Mercedes and only recently have returned for service, because of convenience, and was very pleased with Selene in the service department. I decided, again for convenience, to use LB Mercedes to close out the lease on my car. PeeWee made 3 mistakes on the lease papers, one of which he forgot to tell me that a new smog certificate was needed, which facilited my going the next day for the smog check. I met with Andre Soliman to complete the paperwork which worked out as well as could be expected.
Everyone was really friendly and helpful. I didn’t take a long time to complete the sale.

Just picked up our new 2021 GLS63 from Dez. This is our 10th Mercedes from this dealership. We live in San Diego, but the local dealers are nowhere near as transparent and forthright as Dez. We custom ordered the SUV in December/January and given the chip shortages, we had to painfully endure delays in production. But, Dez was extremely diligent in monitoring the status and furnishing updates. My husband purchased a vehicle over the weekend. T.K. awesome! Very knit and friendly. Today we went to the finance office to deliver the check. What an awful experience. We were treated so poorly by Joe Turett. He was unfriendly and very unprofessional. One word answers, no engagement or customer service. He made my husband and I feel as if we were an interruption to his day. Took my Sprinter van in for recall work. When I made the appointment, I was told 2 days. This turned into 4 days,(waiting for parts) which turned into 8 days.(waiting for parts) No communication from the service advisor. I called repeatedly and left multiple messages. Our complaint is for the Service Advisor, Colby Shafer. He is the reason of having one star rating.
This guy wasn't wearing his mask on or wasn't using it correctly . I visited the service department on Dec. 22/2020 around 1 pm in order to drop our Sprinter 2500. Also, the next day around 1pm for picking up our van. Both days, this selfish and inconsiderate guy went around breathing on everything. With no empathy at all.
